Co-Breads, breads to share

Sacred object of conviviality, cornerstone of the French table, the loaf of bread throne on our tables, it's broken, cut, distributed, shared...

Full of superstitions and symbols, the bread shouldn't be turn around, should be blessed with a cross...

But above all bread is a matter of fraternity.

Ethymologically, in french, we become "co-pains", wich means friends, companions of bread.

In family we fight for some bread crust, between friends we break it blithely but we have banished individuals breads to let some space to big loaves of bread satiating.

Down with industrial soft bread, the bread standardization and individualization, let's casualy share our daily bread!

Bread is a little attention that you can bring to your host or that you can prepare for your guests and in fact, it's the original guest of any convivial table!

Our breads were made with the bakers of the DuPain bakery in Paris, June 2018
